issue

Environment

  • Server OS Distribution: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
  • OTOBO installation typ: Nativ Apache
  • Browser: Firefox
  • OTOBO version: 11.0.5

Expected behavior

When I open a new appointment and I would like to create an ticket automatically with the appointment, I would like to see the appointment in the calendar and receive a ticket at the written date.

Actual behavior

I run into the error I put as Screenshot and nothing else happens.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Calender'
  2. Click on 'Add Appointment'
  3. Scroll down to 'Ticket Creation'
  4. Design Ticket to your wishes
  5. Save
  6. See error
