Setup -
Xbox 1.1 softmodded
Teensy 4.1
8BitDo Bluetooth Receiver
Xbox One Controller (Wireless)

Issue -
I am mostly playing San Andreas at the moment.
After a while, the controller can freeze, and whatever my input was at the time is held and persisted. This remains the case even if I disconnect my Xbox One controller. If I attempt to remove the micro usb from the Teensy, the whole Xbox hangs and has to be hard reset.

There are no consistent steps to reproduce unfortunately.

Issue seem to come down to the firmware in the 8BitDo adapter and some weird compatibility with TinyUSB.
With the latest TinyUSB (which has been updated in this repository as of a few days ago) it seem to work fine with 8BitDo Adapter V2 firmware 1.00
