GetDialogIndex() doesn't work on 0.3DL

Was able to confirm GetDialogIndex doesn't work with 0.3.DL.

More functions that don't work:
GetServerIp()
GetServerName()
GetDialogText()

This project seems dead but hopefully the author updates it to resolve these issues, as only about half of the functions actually work.
