fitting a movement model (at least one using radiationWithSelection()) to an observed connectivity matrix with 0s on the diagonal causes the optimiser to fail on the starting parameters, presumably because the radiation model evaluated on distance 0 is nonsense and return a non-finite value.

movement should catch this and handle it nicely
