Feature Request: log transformed expression, correlation between meta data and expression values #52

Thank you for this great package!! I have suggestions for two additional features that I think would add great value to this package:

In the Violinplot/boxplot tab, a log10 transform option for the y-axis (e.g., log10(expr + 1)) would help visualize skewed expression data
Expanding the gene coexpression tab to also look at correlations between gene and meta data features that are continuous would offer another dimension of valuable analysis
