Provide end-of-day stats

Could we get Closey to provide summary information daily, just before the clock flips? It would be nice to monitor the effectiveness info over time.

I'd be happy with the Room Effectiveness and Total Reviews

Two options for this:

1. ~10 minutes before UTC midnight, run those two commands and send it to chat
2. Add an argument for those commands to specify a date. We would need to access the ending size of the queue per day from somewhere else though. We could store the data ourselves or get it from rene's chart (if he makes an api for us).
