Adverse event investigation - no option to add investigation

Bug Description

In Adverse Event Investigations (in the directory), if you click on adverse event investigations, there is no option to add investigation – but you can add it if you go to an adverse event, you can open a new investigation. I think you are supposed to be able to add it from both places

1. Clicked on Adverse Events
2. Clicked on Adverse Event Investigations
