Alpha Engagement: Eclipse Foundation

The purpose of this Alpha engagement is to provide security resources to the Eclipse Foundation in key areas, including:

• Automate the generation of static source-based SBOMs for all Eclipse Foundation project repositories
• Implement a SLSA-based project badging program for Eclipse Foundation projects
• Initiate three security audits on important Eclipse Foundation projects
