To track missing translation more efficiently, we're going to use a 3rd party software to help us track missing translation for different languages, which then auto-PR to the localization folder.

what do you mean by auto-PR

We just need to use the new system to better keep track of translation fields. iirc, systems like transifex should allow us to export the translation data out via PR.
