[Feature]: Scalr Workspaces & Runs Commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the only Scalr commands available are "Focus Runs" and "Focus Workspaces". Users then have to take additional steps to search/filter for Workspaces and Runs.

Describe the solution you'd like

Providing Scalr commands, like "Filter Workspaces" and "Filter Runs" (dependent on #35 ), would improve UX & productivity (allowing users to bind commands to keyboard shortcuts).

@pbnj-dragon Thank you for another FR. I’ve also thought about hotkeys, and it’s a great idea. We will consider how to improve them and will come back with updates.

@pbnj-dragon The list of current and future Scalr commands will be available in the command palette, prefixed with "Scalr." These commands can also be set up with key bindings.
