as the title suggest, i just init a new project from the template

Interesting, I haven't seen this before and have not tried to reproduce this yet, but seems to be an issue with github's actions/checkout. I found these, and will try to take a closer look on Monday:

• /github/home/.gitconfig does not exist for container runs actions/checkout#1169

@matic0209 can you provide more information about how you initialized the project—did you use the "Use this template" button in the UI, or the forge init --template ScopeLift/foundry-template approach? Similarly, what kicked off this CI run? Thanks!
