A tODE (tODE 2?) tool for Seaside would be cool. Some of the possible features 
could be
* start/stop/restart server
* registering applications
* registering sessions
* clearing all sessions
* clearing the configuration cache
* expose the default dispatcher as a directory structure
* expose the request handler configuration and a file
