Save class definition (instead of instance)

For decorated classes, it's interesting in some cases to store the class definition instead of the class instance. This means that instead of doing,

myc = MyClass()
myc.save()

One could do

MyClass.save()

This in turn would require the MLServer runtime to call MyClass() when it loads the artifact from the remote URI.
