Docker image on Dockerhub incomplete #59

Hey There

It seems that the docker image at https://hub.docker.com/r/senither/hypixel-discord-chat-bridge is incomplete.
It didnt contain the ENV Value of the message_mode.

I added the value manually on my QNAP Container station which fixed it for me.
