add fuse copy_file_range support

First of all, I want to express my gratitude for creating and maintaining jnr-fuse. It's a fantastic library that has been incredibly useful for my project. Your work is deeply appreciated!

I was wondering if it would be possible to add support for the copy_file_range FUSE method in jnr-fuse.
If so, I'd be happy to contribute to the testing process if needed.
