The PdfStream class ist not fully compatible with PHP 8.4 as it produces deprecation warnings:

Fdpi Library Fehler: setasign\Fpdi\PdfParser\Type\PdfStream::parse(): Implicitly marking parameter $parser as nullable is deprecated

Versions

  • Version of this library: 2.6.0
  • PHP version: 8.4.1

When I briefly checked other classes, I noticed that there are other places where the warning could occur, e.g.:

  • StreamReader->readBytes()
  • PdfDictionary::get()
  • ...

This was already fixed via #215. An official release will follow the coming days.

ehh... sorry, I just saw that this was not only fixed in the PR but was also already released in 2.6.1
