Let stake native token and get native token rewards that halve (2 yrs halving in Setheum, 3 yrs halving in Neom) and get setter staking inflation rewards based on FRAME's pallet-staking's staking reward infation mechanism that sets a min. and max. inflation for the Setter (NSETT for Neom, SETT for Setheum)
