Hydrogen working group

Since Hydrogen is an open-source project and contribution is welcome, it might be a good idea to create a working group for the project on Github or another platform to allow the Shopify community (theme and app developers, agencies, and merchants) to participate not only on the code base but also on the design/architecture and to suggest ideas/proposals.

I like the idea of collaboration! Let's keep using this discussion forum for now, and we can move to a different repo or organization someday if we find a need 👍
