The context mentioned in #1707 has also been brought up internally multiple times and is a common source of confusion. So I think we should add it to the Troubleshooting section to help users observe the root cause of their issues instead of thinking they're always formatting related.

Additionally, we may use this opportunity to improve the troubleshooting guide and expand it to a full document.
