NWA 1.0 preview

Emulator network access support is updated to work with the 1.0 version of the protocol.

People using Snes9x-emunwa alpha need to update to the beta1.

Bug fix and crash log

Nothing much

• Some bugs fix to better handle some type of request.
• Generate a crash log with the last 500 debugs log entry when crashing.

Boring fixes

• UI: The first time dialog should prevent you from not selecting a device if you accept it.
• RetroArch : What is a new release without some new RetroArch fix?
• Snes Classic : This should work correctly again

Small fixes again

Some SNES Classic fix.
Better clean up of NWA devices.

YARA Fix

Yet Another RetroArch fix release - This should hopefully be the last fix to the RetroArch code to handle the **** API

SNES Classic better status

This makes the SNES classic have a real-time status in the Ui.

And some small fix.

RetroArch fixes

Nothing major:

• RetroArch support should work much better
• The Ui now report the correct current state of the device (not for snes classic/emu nw yet)
