Teleportation spells are only working correctly if you have the runes in your inventory. They aren't taking into account Rune Pouches, Elemental staves, Elemental books and such.

Yeah, it not accounting for your rune pouch is obnoxious.

Rune pouch support was added in version 1.16.5. Elemental staves and books is on the to-do list for the future.
