While publishing v1.4.0 deployment to symbol server failed because of this issue
NuGet/Home#6082

Once the issue is sorted out, redeploy the package.

I'm using appveyor task that pushes the symbols to nuget.smbsrc.net and it doesn't support snupkg yet
appveyor/ci#2753
