How about a solution for automatic updating on WIN?
Winget would also be suitable, idk if it is already on any repo on lnx.

I agree it would be cool. I don't want if possible to have platform-specific features, so I would like to implement it for Linux and macOS too, but in that case it's a little bit more challenging. I'll do it at some point but first I want to implement and finish some core features.
For the moment you can go to: Settings -> Help -> Check for Udpates and enable the option Always check for new updates at startup. That will notify you if there's a new version. I think I'll turn on that option by default in the next release.
