Save country code metadata in Sentry and Mixpanel

To have specific metrics for each country, we will leverage the SWC_LOCALE cookie that is created in our middleware logic to update the corresponding country code as metadata for Mixpanel and Sentry.

We also need to ensure that navigation between different country pages results in a full page reload. This will allow the initialization of Sentry and Mixpanel referencing the correct country code as metadata.
