Refactor live community feed to support tenant filtering

One of the expected features for the international pages is to have a live feed of activities completed by advocates, similar to what we have on https://www.standwithcrypto.org/community. To achieve this, we will need to update the getPublicRecentData function in src/data/recentActivity/getPublicRecentActivity.ts to filter data based on different tenants.
