We will want to show a top global banner, when applicable, to alert the user that a specific page exists for their country.

We also need to ensure that the banner alerting users about other countries triggers a full page reload. This will allow the top client logic to initialize Sentry and Mixpanel with the corresponding country code as the tenantId.
