Add Contributors Page to the frontend

Description:
We need to create a Contributor Page that lists all contributors to the project and add a link to this page in the footer for easy access.

Changes Needed:

1. Create a Contributor Page: Implement a new page that displays the list of contributors, including their names, roles, and contributions.
2. Add Footer Link: Include a "Contributors" link in the footer that redirects users to the newly created Contributor Page.
3. Ensure Responsiveness: Make sure the Contributor Page is responsive and maintains the design consistency with the rest of the application.
