Nodes will collect statistics via the network.monitor module and save them in a shard. The shard id published on the DHT with a predicable key nodeid + i -> shardid where i is an incrementing number starting a 0.

The crawler should collect all gathered statistics and save them in a database where a webserver can easily display/evaluate them for the test group c payout.
