I am really interested in the wikigenomebase to see how you have implemented the genome browser with a sparql endpoint.

Therefor I cloned the project and had an attempt on installing the software on my macbook but ran into many issues. Is it possible to have a Dockerfile so I can better see what is going on and then also have a working wikigenomebase?

Hi @jjkoehorst, thanks for your interest here. Creating a Dockerfile is a really good idea, and I wish we'd done that earlier. But unfortunately right now we're between developers so I don't have the resources to put on that at the moment... But I tagged this as a potential intern project in the future...
