HOMEMATICIP_LOCAL-Interface not reachable after crash - not resolved by full backup

Dear all,
I have an issue after power outage of my HA yellow. Since this morniung, where the power plug was accidentally unplugged, the HA shows an error with the raspberrymatic interface homematic_ip . - "HOMEMATICIP_LOCAL-Interface not reachable
No connection to interface RaspberryMatic-HmIP-RF".

I restored my latest full backup from yesterday which was fully working. But surprize - the same fault now with the backup.

I tried an even older full backup and again - the same issue.

Now I'm back on my full backup from yesterday and I can say the following - raspberrymatic works - I can control devices from the gui - so it seems to have access to the USB RF stick.

If I now look into the homematic_ip integration, the old data entities are shown, but not controllable. The following logs I found in the following entries:

Can someone give me an hint please - I'm very confused that the issue persists even when restoreing an full backup.
