Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to implement a heating control system using HA and HmIP with a high WAF. To achieve the goal, I am only missing the virtual devices in HA.

Question: Are these virtual devices supported in custom_homematic?

Questions:

Are these virtual devices supported in custom_homematic?
If so, what are the starting points for error analysis? The ports are open. The normal connection is established, only the virt. Devices are missing.

ich versuche gerade eine Heizungssteuerung mittels HA und HmIP mit hohem WAF zu realisieren. Zum erreichen des Ziels fehlen mir nur die virtuellen Devices in HA.

Fragen:

Werden diese virtuellen Devices in custom_homematic unterstützt?
Wenn ja, welche sind die Ansatzpunkte für Fehleranalyse? Die Ports sind offen. Die Normale Verbindung steht, nur die virt. Devices fehlen.

Looks good.

I am unsure whether I need the callback at all (everything else works) and how I can verify the callback_port.

I depends on your setup. If you receive state updates for devices, then there is no need to set the callback manually.
By default the callback port is automatically assigned, but this only works, when you run your HA container in hostmode.

If your HA does not receive state updates you should search for docker in the docs and you'll find some hints.

I do get updates - The motion detector works perfectly.
I have now found a workaround in which I change all group devices simultaneously.. But it's unattractive and has disadvantages.

I just don't get groups in ha .. I think i will install a second ha for test purposes.

is it normal that a different port is still selected with standard settings (Group Port 9292)?

I would have expected

DEBUG logs are more for developers.
Your log looks good otherwise.

I would take a look in the device list, there you will almost certainly find devices with the model type HmIP-HEATING.

Nebenbei eine Frage, warum gibt es das überhaupt explizit auszuwählen?
Ich hatte mir etwas anderes darunter vorgestellt und es daher vorerst deaktiviert gelassen - wie eben default.

Es gibt halt Leute, die die Heizgruppen nicht verwenden. Ich gehöre auch dazu.
