Nice to have: tooltip inside the author's profile textarea for profession

On authors' profile pages, in order to keep the personal information at a minimum, I recommend we insert a tooltip (or just a text inside the profile textarea) in which we ask the contributors to write only the author's profession and (maybe) the ethnicity. The profession might be relevant for the roles/public functions a politician had during his/her political career.
