On homepage, inside the filters area, we should:

hide all filters (by default) and display just an icon for filters and the label "filters", because on smartphones we don't see any statements in the first screen:

add a filter for contributors, to search statements by a contributor's name (input type text, not select list);
add a filter for popular tags, to search for statements from a certain campaign (eg. 'Realizările primarilor în 2020-2024'); select list, preferably;
add a new option inside the 'newest verdicts' filter, called 'newest answers', in order to see all the newest answers that (probably) require validation.
