Feature description

Simply, if video has pre-generated subtitles (mostly possible only for English spoken videos), on the web, it is possible to translate those (mostly english) subtitles to any other language the user wants. Now i'd like to see this feature on NewPipe as well.

Why do you want this feature?

Because of my mom who didn't learn english and would like to watch english interviews of her favorite band.

Additional information

Now, i know it has been "discussed" on #5338 but it's been marked as complete without actually adding the feature. No given context, no nothing.
