[Suggestion] If possible, force the name tag to remain visible when close to a vessel

I think that having the nametag that shows the vessel's name, as well as its pilot is super useful, and it always bothers me that it disappears once you get within a certain distance of it. I don't want to have to set it as a target, especially when trying to to avoid multiple vessels simultaneously.

It could also be used to convey other information such as teams, wether the ship can be interacted with (ie is not in the same subspace as you), etc.
