Hi,
I had an issue with my phone and had to reset it. Now wanting to download the Telegram Foss App, it doesn't work properly and I cannot go on signing in. Is it correct that I have to download first Telegram and then sign up to Telegram Foss? If so how do I do it? And I had actually Telegram Foss Premium, how do I get it back?
