Sharing URL doesn't work

Description

Sharing via https://t.me/share?url doesn't work. Here is the Telegram doc for referrence:
https://core.telegram.org/api/links#share-links

But still, the application supports the https://t.me/share/url?url format, taken from here:
https://core.telegram.org/widgets/share#custom-buttons

Expected Behavior

The application opens a special popup allowing user to share specified URL.

Actual Behavior

Clicking this link, I see the notification Sorry, this user doesn't seem to exist

Steps to Reproduce

• Send yourself the link https://t.me/share?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com&text=my-text
• Click it
• See the notification Sorry, this user doesn't seem to exist

Environment

Device: iPhone XR

iOS version: 17.5.1

App version: 10.13.1
