这个功能解决了什么问题

目前timeRangePicker 组件应该是支持选择开始-结束，在实际的场景使用中会遇到需要 开始-长期有效的时间，我个人理解这应该是timeRangePicker所需要支持的能力

你建议的方案是什么

如果需要的话，我可以提供一个pr来完成这个功能的开发 @
