Add echarts-stat as a dependency

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to render histograms or regression charts, I require to explicitly add the echarts-stat packages to the dependencies.

Describe the solution you'd like
It should be a covalent dependency.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not adding it as a dependency, but it adds support for histograms, regression and clustering charts and some statistical calculations widely used in data science and AI.
