Region enter event and editing in tree view (UI -> Region)
- Addition of regions to events/conditionals
  - Add/delete region
    - Add/set region(2 clicks to denote corners)
  - Show Region
    - Show region toggle button attached to triggers in UI
- Implementation of region functionality to events
  - Actual implementation of "enter region" event
