Can plant a bush on the block you're standing on

What you were trying to do

Planting bushes on the block I was standing on

What actually happened

Planting bushes on the block you're standing means they will grow around you. The result is you are inside of the block once it fully grows. This may be intended, if it is there is a lack of graphic when you're consumed by the plant!

How to reproduce

• Step 1: Get at least 2 bush seeds/consumables (same thing)
• Step 2: Plant one at your feet and let it fully grow
• Step 3: Plant another one on top of the fully grown plant
• Step 4: Wait for the second plant to grow around you. You are then consumed by the plant!

Good catch. Its something I've been mildly aware of but didn't have a issue written up for.

I'm not sure if it's actually one that I'm going to fix, that will depend on how complicated such a fix would be. Any fix should probably also work for all entities not just the player (so animals etc etc).

Edit: I've moved this issue from Edible Flora to Simple Farming, as that contains the system and hence is more appropriate
