the Microsoft-Extension is very easy to install with VS2019/2022: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/clang-support-msbuild?view=msvc-170

its the cl compatible clang compiler (create by the LLVM/clang project and google) but provided by Microsoft for super-easy integration in VStudio
