According to the answers on this StackOverflow question, both github and pandoc allow a heading specified as # Foo to be linked to with [foo](#foo). However, when I try this in frogmouth, I get:

Unable to handle link
Unable to work out how to handle this link: #foo

frogmouth 0.9.1 (Textual v0.43.2)
