[Feature Request]: A button to disable R18 content without Anilist Account

• I have searched the features list for this feature, and I couldn't find it.
• I have checked that I'm using the latest stable version of the app.

Problem Description

I was going through the Popular This Season tab on Miru and as I was scrolling down, some Hentai appear. I found out it's only for the OVA format as far as I can see. Not sure if anyone has this problem or not. It seems like Anilist defaults return R19 content to accounts that doesn't have a sign-in. Although, it works with an Anilist account to not view these contents when the R18 content are disable, some people probably doesn't want to go around making an account to turn that feature off.

Proposed Solution

I don't know what the best solution is for this would be but a toggle on and off button to disable R18 content would be useful to have for those that doesn't want to see Hentai/NSFW contents while using the app.
