Describe the issue
When you lose one of the igniters you get from the quest rewards, there is no way to get it back. This can lead to grind issues as well as a softlock since access to the obsidian dimension is required to obtain inter-dimensional blocks and thus dimensional shards and the blocks are also needed to craft the few currently craftable igniters, so if you lose the obsidian igniter you are currently just fully out of luck.

Potential solutions
Make all quests that reward an igniter repeatable, this is all quests in the Dimensions for Sale chapter but the checkmark quest and the inter-dimensional dimension quest.
