Reactions picker should focus post again after closing

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open to the reaction picker with your keyboard
2. Select or press escape

Expected behaviour

The reactions button should be focused on close

Actual behaviour

Focus is reset to the top of the page

Seems this may or may not have been introduced with the compose box changes? As far as I can tell some stuff (e.g. the "More"/overflow menu, the emoji picker in the compose box) acts similarly, so I can't really tell if this is a bug with the reactions patch specifically or with upstream...
