Manual Aiming
This mod adds ability to aim by pressing right mouse button.
You can also run/walk while shooting/aiming.
To activate first person aiming on sniper rifles/rocket launcher, use “zoom in” button while stopped.
With melee weapons hold “aim” button and attack someone to activate ‘classic controls’ camera.
You can also reload weapon, while aiming press “R” button to reload.
Press “Backspace” to remove current weapon.
Installation:
Copy CLEO and anim folders in your GTA Vice City root directory. If you don’t want new animations for player, don’t copy ped.ifp. Ped.ifp fixes weapon bug during ‘run_back’ animation.
Open data\gta_vc.dat.

This mod replaces the standard rotating pickups to pickups on the ground.

VC.OppressorPrototype
About
This CLEO script attempts to bring some features of Pegassi Oppressor from GTA Online to GTA: Vice City. The only place where you can find Oppressor is in Downtown, near motorcycle club. Player's blip on radar will become yellow when booster is available. To refuel it, you need to land the bike on the ground, nearby buildings or rooftops.
Controls
Use Lean Up and Lean Down buttons to fly the bike.
Press Sub-mission button to activate "rocket booster".
Press Horn button to fire rockets.
Press Fire button to use machine gun.
Installation
- Download the mod below.
- Download CLEO 2 for Vice City at http://cleo.li/.
- Unpack VC.CLEO.asi and CLEO folder into Vice City's folder.
- If CLEO.asi already exists in the folder, you must delete that file.
- Place VC.OppressorPrototype.cs into CLEO folder.
This mod supports only VC v1.00 US.
