Request - Add support for using form field values

Hey guys. New patron here. While setting up my server today, I realized that you cannot use form field values within the embed of a new ticket.

IE, my ticket spawns a modal with four field values:

• Name
• Date
• Age
• Description

I would like to be able to reference the user responses with simple variables like %1, %2, etc... in the embed field that spawns after the modal is completed.
