No settings available for Android 4.x

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and open tuiodroid v1.0 on Android 4.x
2. Search for the settings
3. :-(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect, that I would be able to access the settings, where I can change 
stuff like the address and port TUIO events should be sent to. My smartphone 
(HTC One V) has Android 4.x and so it does not have a settings button. So 
tuiodroid should deliver it I think.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tuiodroid 1.0 on Android 4.0.3
