(Feature request) UX: friendly numbers in settings, like hours or days instead of seconds

Describe feature

In Options use human friendly numbers instead of the machine as-used numbners. For example Erase Notes should be after x days not seconds.

Appearance:

• Zoom factor (percent better than decimal factor)

Code notes:

• Auto read-only size (no idea what the existing number is. Bytes? Characters? Lines?)

Sync:

• timeout (the default is 2 minutes, which is presumably a sane amount. Would anyone ever want less than a second?)

Other:

• Notes erasure timout
• Attachment erasure timeout
• Note revision snapshot interval
